Mark Underhill is a 1995 graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Victoria. Mark also articled with the firm, and was called to the Bar of the Law Society of British Columbia in May of 1996. Mark presently works out of our Vancouver office, and his areas of interest include administrative, environmental and aboriginal law as well as general civil litigation. He has appeared in all levels of Court, including acting as co-counsel in the landmark Delgamuukw decision at the Supreme Court of Canada. He has taught environmental law in the Faculties of Law and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria, and is a frequent speaker at CLEs in his practice areas.
