Counsel work with small firm of barristers, specializing
in complex constitutional, administrative, and corporate/commercial
litigation. Experience in all levels of Court, including
the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of
Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, and Supreme Court
of Canada.
July 1996: Sessional Instructor, University of Victoria
Designed and taught "Ethical, Legal and Policy Aspects of Environmental Restoration", a first year core course in the Environmental Restoration program, Department of Environmental Studies.
