T. Murray Rankin, Q.C. holds law degrees from the University of Toronto and Harvard Law School. He taught as a Professor of law with the University of Victoria for over 12 years before co-founding the partnership. He has been involved in public law litigation and complex negotiations for over 20 years. His areas of specialization have included information law, administrative, aboriginal, and environmental law. He has written extensively on these subjects, and translated and edited a comprehensive text on administrative law and public administration, Dussault and Borgeat's Administrative Law: A Treatise. Mr. Rankin is a principal of the Conflict Managers Group. Murray is also a founding member of the Canadian Centre for Environmental Arbitration and Mediation (CCEAM).
