Kathryn
Chapman is a graduate of the Faculty of
Law, University of Victoria. Kathryn was first employed
by our firm through the Law School's Co operative
Education Program in the fall of 1997 and went on
to complete her articles with us. Kathryn was called
to the Bar of the Law Society of British Columbia
in September of 1999 and is completing her Masters
Degree in International Human Rights Law from Oxford
University. Kathryn is a qualified mediator and
a member of the B.C. Mediator Roster. Kathryn has
published in the areas of administrative law, human
rights, freedom of information and protection of
privacy law, and has conducted research for the
Access to Information Review Task Force. Kathryn
practices in the areas of civil litigation, administrative
law, civil liberties, human rights law, environmental
law, constitutional law, employment law, and wills
and estates litigation.
