to environmental disputes in British Columbia. The firm has extensive experience in negotiating
and mediating complex, multi-stakeholder environmental
disputes.
Our firm has experience in such areas as:
- Environmental Assessment - we have acted for
government and private clients in judicial
review applications, and in shepherding clients
through
the EA process
- Contaminated Sites - we have acted
for a number of private clients in resolving
disputes in this
area, including acting for clients in cost
recovery actions and in negotiated settlements.
